Employee Highlight: Andrew Graham, Supporting the Planes and People
From technician to manager, Andrew Graham’s career at Stevens Aerospace has been defined by growth, leadership, and a deep understanding of what it means to serve customers at critical moments. Today, as the AOG Regional Manager based at our Greenville (GYH) location, Andrew leads a team of mobile response experts who keep aircraft moving when it matters most.
Andrew’s journey with Stevens started much like many of our best stories—on the floor, hands-on, solving problems. “I started out as a technician. I’ve turned wrenches, crawled into tight spaces, and learned from some of the best in the business,” Andrew says. That foundation in the field gave him not just technical skill, but perspective—something that now shapes how he leads and supports his team.
For Andrew, AOG (Aircraft on Ground) service isn’t just about quick fixes. It’s about people, relationships, and trust. “When you’re responding to an AOG call, the customer is relying on you to get them flying again. There’s pressure, sure—but there’s also pride in being the one they trust in those moments,” he says. “Our goal isn’t just to show up and do the job—it’s to make the customer feel like they’re in good hands the moment we arrive.”
That personal connection is a theme Andrew comes back to often. “One of the best parts of this role is the opportunity to build long-term relationships,” he says. “Customers remember how you made them feel during stressful situations. When you’re consistent, responsive, and honest, they come back. That’s what makes Stevens stand out.”
As the AOG program has grown, so has Andrew’s leadership. He now manages a regionally based team of techs who are equipped to respond quickly and professionally across a wide area. “Our guys are sharp, experienced, and they care. I just try to make sure they have what they need to do their jobs well—and that includes supporting them personally, not just professionally,” he explains.
Andrew’s commitment to his team mirrors Stevens’ overall culture—a culture he’s proud to be part of. “There’s a reason people stay here for decades. It’s not just the work—it’s the people. We’ve got each other’s backs. We take care of the customer, and we take care of each other.”
With a career that’s grown alongside the AOG program, Andrew is excited about what’s ahead. “We’ve built something really strong here, and it’s only getting better. I’m proud of the team, proud of the work, and proud to represent Stevens wherever we go.”
