If you’ve been around Stevens Aerospace for any length of time, chances are you’ve heard the words “Attaboy!”—probably said with a grin and genuine appreciation. It’s the trademark of Dendall Wood, AOG General Manager and cornerstone of the Stevens team for nearly two decades. As he celebrates 20 years of service this October, it’s time we turn the spotlight his way. Because while Dendall is always the first to recognize others for a job well done, those who work with him will tell you: he doesn’t just do great work—he inspires everyone around him to do the same.

A Leader by Example

Travis Fleshman, GYH General Manager, summed it up perfectly:

Nathan Wood, AOG Warranty Administrator, met Dendall when he was Chief QA Inspector and immediately noticed something different:
